The basic rental price includes:
The rental price for 2 persons and one week (from Saturday to Saturday), including bed linen and towels, water and electricity consumption, air conditioning, daily cleaning of the apartment (the cleaning of the kitchenette is excluded and is the responsibility of the guest) and final cleaning of the apartment.

Rent surcharges:
for each additional person in an apartment (also for children):
€ 60,00 per week or € 15,00 per day.

Additionally 1,80 Euro per day and person tourism tax for the months May, June, July, August and September. A maximum of 7 consecutive nights will be charged, children up to the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

The apartments can be occupied from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the latest.

- On departure, the guest must leave the kitchenette completely clean.
- Small pets are welcome at the time of booking after prior notification.
- A deposit of about 20% of the total amount is due upon booking.

Before June, 2nd and after September, 8th bookings under one week are also possible, for example for an extended weekend in connection with bridge days. You will find some offers on our website, or please contact us for an individual offer.
