The location of our apartment hotel "Residence Piccolo" is only. 100 m from the sea and only 100 m from the centre of Milano Marittima. Everything is within walking distance and you can enjoy your holiday stress-free without a car. Although the "Residence Piccolo" is so close to the centre, the location on the quiet canal and the many high pine trees along the streets and on the properties mean that you cannot hear anything of the lively atmosphere in the centre. For every guest in our house there is a reserved free parking place available. This is located on our own property and is fenced in.
